All Sales are Final
Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, all sales at Studio Svaja are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or accidental damage after delivery.
We embrace the unique character of handcrafted pottery, which means subtle variations in size, shape, glaze texture, and color will naturally occur. These little differences are part of what makes your piece one of a kind and are not considered defects (any true flaws will always be clearly noted in the product description).

Additionally, please note that because we photograph our pieces in both indoor and outdoor natural lighting settings, as well as differences in display screens, the color of an item may vary slightly in person.

We always do our best to provide detailed, accurate photos for every listing. We kindly ask that you review them carefully and fall in love with the piece before making your purchase.
